Accelerator Programme

Investing In The Future Of
The Property Industry

IFCA Accelerator Programme (IAP) was founded to become a platform that enables innovations in the property industry. It’s an ecosystem driven by the vision to identify, mentor, invest in and accelerate high-calibre start-up ventures that have the passion and ability to create scalable businesses to transform the property industry in Malaysia and beyond.

We will leverage on our domain knowledge from serving the property industry for 30 years, to assist entrepreneurs in the rapid scaling of tomorrow’s tech-enabled property start-ups.

IAP is founded by Ken Yong, who is also the founder of IFCA MSC Berhad, and is led by a management team that has a unique blend of experience across the property and software industries.

WHY IAP?

To identify, nurture and create the next generation of PropTech entrepreneurs and start-ups.

To leverage on IFCA's extensive assets and resources gathered from 3 decades of serving the property industry.

To create a platform for the investment community where business angels, venture capitalists and those from the property industry can collaborate in a thriving start-up ecosystem.
