    The grand event was held at JW Marriott, and approximately 400 clients, business associates and colleagues attended! We presented cheques to Kiwanis Job Training Centre (KJTC), National Stroke Association of Malaysia (NASAM) and Beautiful Gate - caps for Long-Service Award There were also awards for Long-Term Business Partnership Award, IFCA Integrated Solutions Award and IFCA Long-Service Award.     Positive financial results for Q3

    IFCA posted 9M17 net profit of RM5.9mil vs.RM4.4mil loss in 9M16, and has been in the black the previous five quarters. For 3Q17, the revenue was up 11.7% on-quarter.

Ken is one of the icons of the property software industry in Malaysia. A proven and successful entrepreneur, Ken built IFCA from a small team of 5 in 1987 to Asia's leading software solutions company serving construction companies, property developers, hotels, resorts, clubs and malls. Ken is a visionary leader who has remained a passionate entrepreneur, despite having achieved numerous accolades in his illustrious career. Ken is also the Chairman of IFCA MSC Bhd and has been voted as EY's Entrepreneur of the Year.

Michael is an executive with extensive experience in Asia Pacific. He has over 22 years of experience in dealing with different market segments, from the international and multi-national enterprises market to the local micro and SMEs segment. His exciting journey provided him with a multitude of experience in managing businesses in both centralised and de-centralised models, as well as valuable experience in running businesses from different market positions; as a start-up, market challenger and an established market leader, all of which require very different viewpoints in business strategy and execution, including interacting with varying market forces and different organisational structures.

He has lived in Hong Kong and Shanghai and travels extensively around Asia and the world. This is key towards building a very broad view of the most important resource in any business - people. His scope of responsibility has been extensive, including sales (direct and indirect), business development, partner development, all functions of marketing, customer support, consultancy and training. He has also been responsible for product development, product management and product marketing. By having P/L responsibilities, this also meant that Michael has a deep understanding of finance and practical operational aptitude.
